Rosie Tulgetske

For Rosie, the most important elements of the design process are empathy and curiosity.

As design director, Rosie channels her creativity into purposeful, impactful design solutions. She creates visual stories that connect with audiences through her deep understanding of accessibility, and her commitment to emotionally resonant design. Each strategic design choice is driven by a desire to champion important causes and to motivate positive change in the world.

Over the years, Rosie has experimented with a number of different visual mediums ranging from metals to painting to experimental film photography. This led her on a natural path to graphic design.

Today, she leads numerous design projects for clients, including brand building for MSU Federal Credit Union, Peckham Inc., and Ovation Center for Music and Arts. Rosie revels in the small details of each project that comes through Redhead’s door. Through active listening and thoughtful inquiry, she develops products that align with clients' missions and resonate with their audiences.

Rosie holds an A.A. from Washtenaw Community College with a specialization in graphic design and illustration. She enjoys studying folk herbalism and native plants, cooking, and throwing pottery on a wheel.
