Bobby Earls

To Bobby, creativity is the ability to imagine something and bring it to life — and that’s exactly what he does every day at Redhead. 

As Redhead’s studio manager, Bobby works to maintain efficiency and organization across the agency. While the rest of the team focuses on client projects and deadlines, he handles everything from providing essential administrative support to managing deliveries. His keen understanding of Redhead’s processes ensures that nothing falls through the cracks. And if that weren’t enough to make the average person’s head spin, Bobby also utilizes his creative muscles to manage the day-to-day operations of our downstairs sister-business, Nelson Gallery. (Because he’s just that good).

Bobby studied interior design at Lansing Community College and gained hands-on experience working at a studio in New York City before returning to Michigan to reconnect with his roots. His background in design and creativity gives him a unique perspective on what it takes to keep a fast-paced creative studio running at its best. 

A true community enthusiast, Bobby can often be found at local events and Lansing happenings. When he’s not out and about, he enjoys crafting, planting, and baking — especially his famous cinnamon rolls.
