The Refugee Development Center (RDC) provides education and support for newcomers as they build new lives in the mid-Michigan community. After developing their brand, we continued working closely with RDC to develop ongoing strategic brand strategy efforts for quarterly fundraising campaigns, annual report, and materials and promotion for their annual “Thrive” event.

Redhead also designed and developed RDC’s website with accessibility in mind, incorporating content in ten language translations (thus, ten different websites) and structuring it for diverse users. We mapped a logical web hierarchy following anticipated user journeys for multiple audience profiles, from newcomers seeking resources to prospective funders. We believe that accessibility isn’t just something to be checked off on the website development list — it’s a top priority.
