The curtain rises on another awards season.

Each year, the American Advertising Federation (AAF) and AAF Lansing celebrate outstanding creative work through the ADDYs. While awards are always a nice nod, it’s also meaningful to see what great creative can achieve — sparking ideas, shifting perspectives, and making an impact. Our region is brimming with big ideas, and we love to see it. 

When I founded Redhead in 2000 (armed with a MacBook, a spare bedroom, and a dream, as they say), I built the organization on a simple but powerful belief: that good storytelling and smart design can change the world.
