Redhead Design Studio

Redhead specializes in brand strategy and marketing for social change.

This focus is the result of a long-held belief: It is our responsibility to leave the world a better place than we found it. All people, places, and environments have the fundamental right to thrive. Our task as humans is to ensure the safety and success of those who follow us.

We know the power of brand strategy and marketing to accomplish these goals. And we know our work is more impactful when we use our talents to lift up our people and our places.

Our Studio

Exceptional spaces foster exceptional thinking. And where there's exceptional thinking, you can feel inspiration in the air. Located in Downtown Lansing's historic George Nelson building, our studio blends creativity and productivity in a welcoming environment. Our offices are in the loft above Nelson Gallery, a local space for art and design that is owned by Redhead's Principal & Creative Director, Jen Estill. Being in close proximity to so much art gets the creative juices flowing.

Jen also co-hosts The Speak Easy Podcast, a bi-weekly show about leadership and entrepreneurship in the creative industry. Episode topics range from balance to business to secrets, and often welcome local entrepreneurs as guests.
